The terms that apply when you use the Centerspace website, booking platform, app, or visit one of our centres.

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of centerspacecoworking.com, our booking platform at bookings.centerspacecoworking.com, and the Centerspace mobile app (together, the "Platforms"), as well as your use of our physical coworking centres in Kottayam and Ettumanoor. By browsing the Platforms, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or visiting a centre, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platforms or our centres.

02Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above, booking on their own behalf or on behalf of a business. By making a booking or enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number and any other details) is accurate and that you are authorised to act for any organisation you represent.

03Our services

Centerspace provides coworking desks, private cabins, meeting rooms and virtual office services across our Kottayam and Ettumanoor centres. Details shown on our Platforms — including package inclusions, amenities, hours and pricing — are provided for information and are subject to change without notice. Where a specific quote or booking confirmation has been given to you, that confirmation applies over any general description on the website.

04Bookings and payments

Bookings made through our booking platform or app are processed using our payment partner, Razorpay. A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Enquiries sent via WhatsApp or our "Book a Visit" form are requests only, and do not themselves confirm a booking or reserve a space — a member of our team will follow up to confirm details.

05Using our centres

When you visit or work from a Centerspace centre, we ask that you:

  • Treat staff, members and visitors with courtesy and respect;
  • Use desks, cabins, meeting rooms and shared facilities only for their intended purpose, and only for the period you have booked;
  • Follow any reasonable instructions from our staff regarding safety, security or house rules;
  • Avoid any activity that is unlawful, disruptive to other members, or damaging to our property.

Members on a Virtual Office, Coworking Space or Private Office package are additionally bound by the specific membership agreement signed at sign-up, which takes precedence over this section in case of any conflict.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask someone to leave a centre where these expectations are not met, without a refund for the remaining period of that visit or booking.

06Accounts

If you create an account on our booking platform or app, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately at frontdesk@centerspacecoworking.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

07Intellectual property

The Centerspace name, logo, and the content, design and layout of our Platforms are owned by or licensed to Centerspace Coworking and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission, except as needed to use the Platforms normally (for example, browsing the website or using the app to make a booking).

08Third-party links and services

Our Platforms link to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, our payment partner Razorpay, and the Google Play and Apple App Store listings for our app. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

09Liability

We take reasonable care to keep our Platforms accurate and our centres safe and well maintained, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platforms, or that information on them is error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Centerspace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platforms or our centres, except where that loss results from our negligence or wilful default. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Platforms or our centres after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Kottayam, Kerala.
